Today was the last day the Zoo in Zurich is open for at least a month. New pandemic restrictions. As I already have vacation, I thought I take this final day and go there.
Sadly, I was not the only one. The Zoo was rather full, and working with a tripod was pretty much out of the question, or rather rude if I would have done so. The result were a few handheld pictures, but they allowed me to test the animal AF of the Z 7II. It worked rather well on anything that is shaped like a cat or dog, so wolf, lion, tiger etc. The AF worked well and was always spot on. Sadly, for Birds it does nothing for the eyes.
The end results were rather good, considering it was a dark, grey day again here in Switzerland.
